Carrie Hughston
Carrie brings the same drive, discipline, and analytical insight that defined her 20-year career in the software industry to her work in real estate. A Raleigh native and proud Enloe High School alum, she went on to the University of Kentucky, where she was a standout collegiate diver, before earning a graduate degree in Statistics from NC State. Her deep local roots, business experience, and data-driven approach make her a trusted advisor for clients navigating the Triangle’s dynamic real estate market.
Outside of real estate, Carrie is always on the move—running, mountain biking, or spending time outdoors with her family. She and her husband have built a full life in Raleigh, where they’re raising their three kids (and two dogs) in the community they love.
